Vladimir Katic, Robert Brady, Gregg Speirs, Miroslav Vukovic, Volker Undorf
and Patrick Devlin have been elected directors of the company at the annual
general meeting on June 22, 2001.
The company has also granted two million incentive stock options to certain
directors of the company at a price of 30 cents per share for a period of
two years.
The above transaction is subject to Canadian Venture Exchange approval.
