A special note of interest for those of you that do notknow or are slightly confused by all the happenings of late.
I just got off the phone with Northstar Communications and it is now confirmed that ABLCD has approx. 61,000,000 shares outstanding plus some (believed to be about 10 million or so)held in coffers for future purposes such as employee benefits etc.

This puts the current market cap at about U.S. $71 Million.... wow.. and guess what that does to DXT's value
