Buy low. Look at the p.e.'s for this stock (based upon the First Call
earnings estimates published on aori.com (an excellent
investor relations website):

1999 4 .64 6.25
2000 4 .69 5.79
2001 4 1.27 3.14
2002 4 1.57 2.54

P.S. 2001 and 2002 are admittedly too high, but based
on only 1 analyst's numbers.
