this is an akamai home page chart but very interesting for net watchers. Note the # visitors for the last 24 hrs, and then, the PEAK visitors (ever) in a list at the bottom. Even on a nothing day like today, the # visitors for akamai is close to the #10 peak visitors from a year ago. Amazing number of peak days related to the world cup, too. News: akamai.com Retail: akamai.com Retail 5 mos chart is flat, which I suppose is good for the summer.
