David I think it is good news for Amati. As I've posted before I didn't think there was ever going to be any real difficulty between ADI/AWRE and AMTX about patents. I'm not sure what the 3-8% range means in terms of real dollars and cents. Maybe someone can fill me in. Thanks Dave for keeping me posted! Jerome
