I e-mailed SUF a few days ago about the title dispute and what was going on with the company, and got this e-mail back today: There has been an on-going dispute with Tyler Resources on the Kidme claims (Joint venture SouthernEra 60% Major General 40%) which adjoin the Gerle Gold-Monopros JV. Gerle and Monopros discovered a kimberlite dike-sill complex on their block. The mining recorder's office in Yellowknife has recorded the claims under SouthernEra's name. Tyler has appealed to the Federal Mines Minister but reversals are uncommon. There are no other SouthernEra title disputes in the N.W.T. As for new discoveries in South Africa, results from Klipspringer will be updated soon. ....Thought the e-mail would be of interest... TOMATO
