You're probably right but at this price it's the takeover play. I usually don't play takeovers but there's a real need for major consolidation. The Bellco's can't get DSL lines in fast enough and will need the streamlined administration and approach of the RTHM's and COVD's. I know. I suffered through months and months of installation and bad service.

I don't think RTHM can survive on its own. But this point, I think it will be taken out, probably above 10, maybe higher. Look for management to take a more active role in protecting the currency of the company to justify that very attractive package (although much smaller than Knowling's at COVD).
