Well, if you have ten minutes to spend foolishly then you can get an idea how Cramer became the focus.

There were several shows that included the subject prior to the show that Cramer got skewered on. But there isn't any reason to watch them all except for the humor value.

I just don't think that Jon Stewart deserves much credit for putting Cramer or CNBC on the spot well after the damage was done.

Well, depends on your POV, I suppose. I think it really was a response to the Santelli rant which also rewarded CNBC with a lot of press. As I said prior, I think it's Stewart's schtick to play on national news same as any comedian. It was CNBC (through Cramer) that pursued it and made it the issue that it became.
