Well at the time I think the Reg S people shorted the stock from like .036 down to .014. Then around March 10 covered the shorts, (cashed in the Certificate).
At that time the MMs were more than Flush with a sizable inventory, and UNLOADED as fast as possible, but not letting the price dip below .017. So they sold it on a first come first serve basis. To anyone MMs Investors (maybe even CVIA backers?) The MM that handled the Transition of the REG S is NOT agressively trading CVIA at the moment... the MMs trading at the moment are different guys. Most MMs wont sit on inventory more than 30 days (almost the Date the Reg S sales started March 09 10?). So I imagine they are once again jockying for new inventory.

I honestly dont think all 50 million shares of the Reg S ended up in freindly hands... but if 75% of it did, then thats good enough for me.
