The established media is one of the greatest social problems in this country because it has the means to manipulate the public opinion. You will see the celebrations of today's IOMG selloff in all the news media tomorrow. But I strongly believe that the celebrations will be short lived. The people who got screwed today are the true victims of the media.

The hype of LS-120 will not last long. It is at least not a product yet. Once it comes out in the fourth quarter, it is still to be seen that if it can pass the user's rigorous scrutiny. In contrast, Zip is a proven technology. This is why almost all of PC makers are not buying into LS-120 hype. Instead they want to offer Zip Drive. Nobody execpt those PC makers can say which technology is more superior.

I also contribute today's selloff to the investors who just want to make quick money. Once they see that the opportunity is fading, they just went ahead to dump the stock. I think that you can compare IOMG scenerio with Netscape whose stock has also been very volatile. But it is always the long term investors who have the last laugh.
