5th Amendment "...nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;"

I don't see the criminal case.

No person (Not citizen, but person) shall be denied equal protection of the laws.

The federal law said you had to be a citizen, just like you have to be a citizen to be president. By your argument Saddam himself could be a screener if he was around, he's a person.
Child molestors could be teachers and Clinton could be an attorney in Arkansas. Oh wait, Clinton got due process.;)

We'll see anyway, this is not the end of the matter in question.
