I am able to afford health insurance because as a small business I qualified to join a small business private insurance pool through Blue Cross for a very reasonable cost.

I must give credit to our Attorney, General Christine Gregoire. She has been diligent in her pursuit of fair and equatable health insurance for Washington state residents who need either an individual or business policy.

Then she actually manages to get the hell out of the way.
