(COMTEX) Systems Communications Says Chrysler's $100 Million Pharmace Systems Communications Says Chrysler's $100 Million Pharmaceutical Claims Audit on Target

CLEARWATER, FLA. (June 8) BW HEALTHWIRE -June 8, 1998--Systems
Communications Inc. (OTC BB:SCMI) and its strategic alliance partner,
HMG Health Care Claims Auditing Inc., announced Monday that they
project significant recoveries from the first quarter 1998 full-scale
audit of Chrysler's pharmaceutical benefits payments, which are in
excess of $100 million.

HMG is continuing to receive data tapes from Chrysler's Third Party
Administrator (TPA), Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan.

Systems Communications Inc., through its strategic alliance partner,
HMG Health Care Claims Auditing Inc., of Pittsburgh, provides
healthcare data management and analysis services to Fortune 500
companies through advanced technology and in-depth knowledge of the
audit and healthcare industries. HMG is an industry leader in the
development of a variety of specialized electronic audit and healthcare
data monitoring programs designed to help reduce the ever-increasing
corporate employee healthcare costs. HMG's President, R. Grant Kolb,
said, "The strategic alliance with SCI and the success of Chrysler's
Pharmaceutical audit included in HMG's business portfolio is a very
positive step for us corporately and for the Pittsburgh community, in
general." The company expects to sign new contracts with Chrysler due
to the success of this current audit.

James Kowalczyk, president of SCI said that: "SCI and HMG are
strategically and synergistically positioned to capture a significant
position of the multi-billion dollar healthcare industry by identifying
to corporations and institutions, where they can save substantial
portions of the healthcare costs, thereby assisting them to recover
unjustly paid benefits. It is anticipated that additional contracts
will be awarded to the SCI and HMG alliance from other Fortune 500
clients in need of prescription drug and related audits to curb runaway
healthcare costs.

Chairman of the board of SCI, Ed Salmon, stated: "The strategic
alliance with HMG will benefit both firms and will allow us to market
each other's services. By marketing HMG's and NSC's healthcare cost
containment services as a team, clients will secure two of the nation's
preeminent firms to conduct their healthcare audits to identify and
recover healthcare overpayments. The two firms have the ability to
provide clients with both qualitative and quantitative cost containment
programs to ensure a reduction in the cost of employee healthcare in
the future, identification and recovery of overpayments from as much as
three years retrospectively, and 'real time' healthcare auditing, which
will allow us to concurrently monitor claims prior to payment."

Systems Communications Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, National
HealthCare Solutions Corp. (NSC) specialize in providing data
management and overpayment recovery to corporate, government and
institutional providers of healthcare.
