DELL is not the posterchild for irrational exuberance. Can you cite the "couple of 70% setbacks"? If you're referring to late last year, 1) it wasn't 70%; 2) it had nothing to do with the fundamental value or health of DELL Computer Corp.; and 3) if you bought in in the mid-70s, you'd be a very happy camper right now. If anything, it was irrational pessimism that drove the price down. Buy the Company, not the just the industry. DELL is not CPQ, IBM, DEC, or HP. When are you going to figure that out. If you want to short it, then by all means, do it, and quit clogging up this thread...
