I beieve your incorrect Rocky. the 200mg is not the same size as the 3.5 it is a new drive compatible with it much like the ls120. ls120 disks are not the same size as the 3.5 nor is the 200mg Sony ATOMM technology based disk.

the announcement clearly states that the capatiblity is with the "disks" of 3.5, not the drives of 3.5. call Sony. verified that it is a new drive system.

they've wanted IOM to introduce the 200mg system in the past and IOM hasn't indicated a demand. now, however, it appears Sony may push the envelope and IOM will need to make their future ATOMM (zip drives) also compatible. this is good in my view at the present.
