We know we're responsible for, and have to take care of ourselves first. Been awhile since anything covering the facet of that in article below has been posted here, in recent week. Obvious it applies to some readers more than others. Anyway...

BEFORE we can hope evaluate pluses & minus' of everything else growing risks below require keeping an eye on. After quick, honest, self appraisal comes close family. Then, other relatives, immediate neighborhood, local areas...and on from there til we can reasonably judge big picture stuff. If readers don't work thru a process more or like the foregoing?

Risks are rising for the dispirited & depressed among us. To put it bluntly? This could happen to YOU!

<The recession and lockdowns around the world have created a huge spike in reported mental health conditions. In the U.S., as a result of unemployment and the quarantines, 40% of adults reported mental health and substance use in June. 11% seriously considered suicide, up from only 4% in 2019, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The CDC reported that in June, 31% of U.S. adults showed symptoms of anxiety and depression, 13% started or increased substance use, and 26% reported trauma/stressor-related disorder symptoms.>

Rest of article, worth the read.

AND this was from June. Hate to think of what those numbers are now. Let alone what they could be early next year.
