Ron E, how will working capital be found to restart the mill ?

In a week or 2 or 3 I will find out if I read between the lines of
Dave's recent posts correctly in that I believe that not only will
Dave give us shareholders a good settlement resolution to Bumat,
but he will also have done and ready to go stuff to allow MGR to
go into product mode startup and onwards.
