I probably disagree with your definition, since it wouldn't distinguish between a shill and an emotionally-committed long. For example, a shill is typically paid by the company, and may just lie to promote the stock. That is certainly what is suggested by Wexler's use of the phrase "stock promotion fraud."

However, I do see your general point. And I agree that fundamentals rule, and posts don't affect fundamentals. How do you react to the more than occasional posts here by longs who are simply requesting Wexler to go beyond name calling, and explain his position in terms of fundamentals? Is that shilling?

And I do think W. 'pisses on sparkplugs,' since he will go on long threads to pick fights. I think his ego gets off on the attention . . . another reason to use incendiary and unsupported terms like "fraud."
