I added a bit, I’ve been selling some cmreit pfds that rallied. Rates not going down or a slowing economy look like they will do a number on the market.
I’ve added some CLO CEF term prfds (EICC) as well as CLO CEF bonds- OXLCZ.

Hope a few more of us wander over here
