Chavez thinks he is smarter than basic laws of supply and demand and that he rather than market forces is better at setting prices. What a total FAT ASS fool! Did you see the food crises that the socialist communists created and then tried to blame others saying they are hoarders. Hmmmmm didn't Franklin Roosevelt call people that were smart enough not to have their wealth stolen outright by banksters in 1933 hoarders? If you are not a poor sheeple, Govt hates you. Don't ever forget that.
