I believe all this is true and also expect the partnership will be successful. I'm just trying to figure out how the 10 M financing fits in this puzzle. Why would DMX need 10 M real quick?

From press release:

a) Dimethaid intends to use the offering proceeds to commence the commercial
scale up of production for PENNSAID(R) Topical Lotion; the scale up activities
include securing manufacturing capacity

b) to continue the development of additional commercial products utilizing its transdermal carrier;

c) to finance possible acquisitions;

d) for general corporate purposes.

e)continuing to negotiate distribution arrangements for all applicable territories, and hiring additional staff to assist in the distribution and marketing of PENNSAID(R) Topical Lotion in Canada.

Let's see if this makes sense,

a) How can one allocate funds for securing manufacturing capacity if we don't have an approved site to secure?
b) Why offer 2.5 M shares to develop additional products? This makes no sense.
c) Maybe OXO for WF10?
d) Not for 10M
e) Why would we need the money if JNJ deal is signed?

I don't know, I just can't put the 10M to rest, HSBC Securities & Credifinance is one up on use.
