Interesting...CCX.V one of the JV partners of OEL in the NS play just did a rights offering to holder of CCX stock as of Aug 29/02.One right per share but the rights are usless to me as I reside in NS.They are only good if you live in BC, ALTA or ONT and the rest of the investors can go pound dirt.So I have 62000 rights that I cannot exercise and cannot sell.Kind of useless wouldn't you say.
