william , I think cpq will grow 25% next yr too..cpq has always done these numbers and in some cases it did 100% and greater..but the stock always goes up and down and you or me cannot wish it otherwise. here are some of the years in order 1st yr is the 111mm 111mm 329mm 503mm 629mm 1.bb 2.2bb (there might have been one yr before this..not sure?? I was there and mgr of I/S so things were moving so fast that it got real blurry) ....now check the stock during this period it's up and down and up and down I hate for people to pull up what happened in france in 1814 then draw econmonical conclusions..it's hoey. so if you don't like me comparing 1982 to 1987 then go find 1990-95 .. the growth is steallar ($3b to 14b??)... stock still up and down and all a round. does it make sense what i was say "cpq stock price will fall" to the long term investor..I would say leave it in cpq and forget about it.
