NETM and MCAF don't compete at all. Vantive sells into the external help desk marketplace, MCAF sells into the internal marketplace. They are completely different. I don't actively post on either one of those. In fact, I think that Vantive is a good company, I had only commented on a marketing fubar that I though people would want to know about. As for NETM, I would like to see them be successful. I have some friends that works there, including one of the exec staff. Its just too bad that MSFT took away their marketplace.
