TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1998--PROLOGIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC. PRLO announced today that it has signed a Financial Services Agreement with financial advisors, R.J. Steichen & Co. ("RJS"). RJS will advise Prologic on capital raising needs, acquisitions, possible joint ventures, mergers, and other business combinations.
