Paul, Take a look at WWW.IBM.com. it'll explain the positioning of this product far better than I can. It's not for everyone, but it does look like a very interesting concept. Regarding your printer problems, we have one guy running around the building keeping the printers up. It's never been a problem losing documents, maybe your IS dept. needs some advice or you need better printers. Regards, Maurice
