The TSE watchdogs have no guts, no resources. I'd like to see the SEC take on Cowpland. I think Corel should be threatened with delisting unless Cowpland can PROVE he did not have information that gave him foreknowledge. Regulated capital markets are essential to the system. For a CEO to say he had no knowledge of a change in revenue recognition policies a mere 2 months in advance is COMPLETE BS!!! Unless this guy is completely asleep...its just not possible.
