House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties. I read part of the transcript....what a farce. I'm getting sick and tired of these subcommittees stacked with Dems using these platforms as executive branch gotcha machines. This wasn't any imagined national threat, this was real, with real consequences. These aren't guys who made the decisions they did out of selfish considerations, they had nothing to gain and plenty to lose by sticking their necks out. argh! No one is going to convince me that subjecting someone like KSM to waterboarding was wrong. Not when we do exactly the same waterboarding to our own aircrews in SERE school. When will these pompous senators and congressmen get there heads out of there arses and realize that you can't play nice with FANATICS. This whole farce was the moral equivalence of calling the UH OH squad...if you're into The Farside..(Dennis Miller was right)... Ok, rant over...<g>
