three people posted back on one forum... all running w2k and no sign of ns3400.dll

three people posted back on another forum, all running w2k and no sign of ns3400.dll, however....

one fellow did post an advanced google search that has revealed the elusive ns3400.dll file
groups.google.com

note that the poster is saying that these files are on the scanner cd... "This is the root directory of the CD with my scanner"

anyway, i hope this puts you a step closer. maybe not. i know i learned something, which is why i like coming to the cl thread.
