Obama needs a lesson on what it means to "rescind". McCain as President cannot rescind reproductive rights or anything else that applies to the Constitution or Supreme Court Decisions.

That is part of Parliamentary Procedure under which this nation was formed.

That was a cheap shot; in fact, he missed the basket on that one, fell a little to the left.
