Thanks Dennis. Interesting. Supermarkets toss out so much stuff that is date stamped and with it goes their profit margin. Just think if they used the OZON wash and ERES's Freshtags, and properly stored and handled the products. Instead of using an "average" expiration date, they could probably sell those otherwise safe products instead of tossing them out.
