madsen is chairman/ceo of fastcomm (fscx) which he left nn for a few years ago. was #2 or 3 man @ nn when he left.......his existing relationship with nn is a leftover from this past. madsen's nn stock activity is irrelevant. fscx keeps hiring sales people who can't sell any product out the door..... hence fscx's stock price. madsen has been buying some fscx shares and may need the $ because fscx surely hasn't made him any.
