As I thought about this dispute it finally sunk in that you were comparing my comment about people having access to medical care in schools to medical research. Taken in that context I feel that I have over reacted. I hope that you now understand that I was not intending to suggest that anyone in our society should have to settle for substandard care.

I do wonder if you recognise that in socialized medical system the standard of care available to those without influence inside the system falls to what is available a free or reduced cost in a capitalist system.
