Hi Paul, There is no time frame because every market condition is different. We can only look at history. I think the 10 week reversed early April (don't know the exact date, maybe it was late March) and the Optional Bullish percent reversed April 27th. The NYSEBP reversed on May 12th I believe. Still no crystal ball :-(
