is anyone else having problems with e*trap? not that i want to sell anything right now! can anyone explain how they get away with horrible service 2 out of five days. why don't they treat it like baseball and fire the manager or something extreme like that? i guess i could call them and wait on the phone for the standard 30 minutes to an hour , not making any promises i won't be disconnected though.
