Bruce - thanks!!!! I never noticed the clauses you pointed out - guess I didn't due my DD on Kostek - only thought I had to worry about the companies themselves - HA! I think we do have a play here, though - short any Kostek recommendation if it is shortable and watch the cash come rolling in!!! Thanks again - Sly-1
