Don, ACRT gets no money whatsoever when shares are bought and sold by investors on the open market. They are issued once by the company; sold by the company, if you will, and that is all the value they ever have to ACRT.
In spite of all your paranoia, ACRT is a solid well managed company. In fact, one of the best high growth companies in America today.
Since you have no faith whatsoever in the company, let me inform you that there are well over 10,000 companies covered by the exchanges and tracked by most services. Why don't you go looking for a company you are more comfortable with?
