My next door neighbor has three cars and uses up more parking spaces on the block than anyone else. This is definately a monopoly and abuse
of the free parking provided by the streets comissions. we are trusted to show courtesy and regard for other peoples right to park. I am going to ask Janet Reno to investigate this and to level anti trust charges against my neighbor and ask Judge Jackson to preside as Judge.
the case should be most interesting and I hope to have the verdict by 6:30pm next Friday evening.
