How about the idea that even though "everything" can affect a stock's price, "everything" does not actually effect a stocks price, particularly as far as you who are trading in that stock. There are two concepts that need to be understood here. First is what type of stock player you are and how that will effect your choices related to the stocks you choose and what goes into determining when you enter and exit a stock. The other concept is that of the stock price itself.

What are some of the different ways you can invest or trade stocks? One example is that of the person who is looking for income to live off of, so he is investing for income.
