Brian, I received an Email from MXAM management to tell me that you are quite correct. Not all property is created equal and people should be careful lumping all the opportunities for the desert dirts in the same basket. While we get a sense that there is gold and other precious elements everywhere in the South West, it's just not so. Good post, I have to learn to read more carefully. Thanks.
