Maybe time to take some MSPG earnings and switch to PSIX. PSIX is
an Internet backbone provider, mostly to business accounts. Has been mentioned as a takeover play. Received 3 buy or strong buy recommendations today. Closed near high, up 22% on 10x volume, a clear breakout. Has a short interest of 6 days. Trades at a P/S less than ELNK (and much less than MSPG). Target $28.
