Richard,
Don't believe they have yet had to resort to what I [or Zeev?] would call a floorless issue, which to me implies conversion at a discount to the current price [or its recent range].

Hope that Doyle will be able to continue in that vein because, in my experience, most cos show consistency; it is the first success at floorless Reg S or D financing that quickly begets more of the same (AURA comes to mind).
