...Nolo Press...great suggestion My spouse and I used it as a template, and gave the final documents to an estate planning lawyer and accountant to complete for use in NJ. If you have even the slightest whiff there will be trouble (relatives, kids, contestable issues, etc) getting the state part filed by an experienced counsel removes one likely area for attack. The same issues apply for medical power of attorney, when you can be removed from life support, what you consider extraordinary efforts to sustain life, who can trade your account <g>, etc. GSR
