I think that mainstream Wall Street has already factored them into the price of the stock and that might account the run up to $29 from $24 from the first of the year.

Here's something to do. Chart NN and ASND on the SI chart function. Notice how they cross, with NN going down and ASND going up. Perhaps that is the market's realization that ASND, not NN, got the T contract.

After that, chart QWST (Qwest) on SI. Who do you think may have gotten the fiber contract from T?
