Elroy, I think you just hit on something. That's a pretty insightful post. It's another darn good reason why we should leave immediately. To summarize your post, if Iraq does descend into chaos, then Muslims fighting Muslims means they aren't focused on terrorizing us. But don't expect Bush to draw any conclusions that would require strategic thinking. That's just asking too much.
