CC, some of this is obviously Republican criminality, but some is just incompetence. The ballot in Ohio actually made it difficult to vote for Bush. His name was on line 14, but the instruction said to vote for him on line 4. Huh!? Geez, Republicans used to be cranky old party poopers, but at least they could get the basics done.
