All I ask is that they show some professionalism. They are hired based on how they appear on camera and how well they can speak. I don't think it has anything to do with their ability to write or research a story. They just read what's put in front of them. As for management and the people who decide what gets put on the air, look at who their advertisers are. Do you think they're going to do a story on GE? Any of the car mfgs? How many union people work for the network and belong to SEIU?
