AMF: I am very concerned this is a lead in to much worse guidance. Like the new guy can "discover" that the former plans and forecasts were "too aggressive" in his opinion, or some other spew that gives JDSU legal cover. The name of the game is August 14th....unless counsel has advised them this new guy and his "reasonable time for review" is a "get out of jail free" card. Indeed, it may be. The trick is the language "knowingly" make misleading statements. He could argue he had insufficient time to assess the situation, with only two weeks to go. The timing bothers me.
