Steve: That is the nice thing about a true takeout, it will trade 1/2 below the takeout price. If it is just an equity deal or partnership, you may have more to worry about, but I have not heard this as a possibility. Remains to be seen. While I was away I tossed around the idea of putting in a limit sell @ 10 but decided I had not much to gain and too much to lose. I am with you on the time frame, will give it another couple of weeks. Hope this helps TJ
