Rich, as I said insider sales aren't as important as insider buys, but the increase in institutional holdings is encouraging.

I know you guys have been killed in MCOM, and lately I haven't faired much better investing in qcom either. However, I am optimistic with qcom, even though their p/e is 40sih. Qcom has not reduced earnings guidance even though it the market keeps expecting them too.

The wireless data market should be huge, but it is discouraging that mcom's services haven't caught on. The advantage sprint and verizon have on mcom will be coverage although "good coverage" of 1X at 144kbs won't be around until the end of 2002 and 1xeV at 2.4Mbs peak probably end of 2003.

While mcom relies on data only, qcom can rely on voice while the data market grows.

This market sucks, good luck to all.
